| Dr. Koby hails from the Midwest where he attended Indiana University and Indiana University of Medicine. He interned at the Marian General Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana which was the major trauma center for that city. After a short experience as a physician in the U.S. Army, Dr. Koby completed one year of internal medicine training before moving into a dermatology residency program at the University of California, San Francisco. In that program, Dr. Koby was trained in medical dermatology, dermatologic pathology, cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic plastic surgery. Dr. Koby had a short employment with Kaiser Hospital in San Rafael, California, and it was here that he determined he would “retire” from the HMO industry. |   |

Dr. Koby has continued his post graduate training in various areas of dermatologic surgery. He has had the opportunity to work with and learn from many of the pioneers in laser surgery, laser resurfacing, chemical peeling, turmescent liposuction, laser assisted eyelid surgery, botox injections and others. He had had the opportunity to train on laser surgery at the Scripps Institute and at the Mayo clinic. Dr. Koby is a member of the following professional organizations: American Academy of Dermatology, Pacific Dermatologic Association, American Society Dermatologic Surgery, Sonoma County Dermatologic Society, Sonoma County Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Koby opened his private practice in 1973 in Petaluma, California where he lives with his wife, Janet. He has raised three fine children who are his pride and joy. Dr. Koby and Janet hold their pilot licenses and enjoy small plane travel. You will often hear of their flying escapades with the Doctor as the pilot and his co-pilot for life navigating the way for both pleasure and business trips. |

Dr. Fisher is a board certified dermatologist. Until recently she served as Chief of Dermatology at the U.S. Naval Hospital at Bremerton, Washington in the rank of Commander. Subsequesnt to thatshe worked in private practice in Seattle and at local Kaiser hospitals.
Dr. Fisher is currently living locally with her husband and three daughters. She will be seeing medical and surgical dermatology patients and she is a participating Medicare provider as well as a provider for many PPO and other insurance plans. |
