| A light, clean, alcohol free toner that removed excess dirt, makeup, and residue after cleansing the skin. Preparing the skin for the treatment product in the DCL line by reducing the pH of the skin allowing for better penetration. Reduces the look of pores and gives skin a refreshing sensation. |
| Usage Instructions |
| Apply after cleansing skin. Apply product with a cotton ball to entire face and neck to remove any additional dirt, makeup, or oil and to tone the skin preparing it for the next step in the treatment process. |
